„Dalmatian recipe“ holds a secret of a long and healthy living: dalmatian food & beverage as well as life approach... The idea is to offer redescovered unique stress freeing arrangement including: light and relaxing physical activities in the olive groves (3 times a year), the healthiest diet on the world – dalmatian cuisine and pleasent evening gatherings accompanied by traditional dalmatian music. This particular life approach has proved to be the recipe for longevity of dalmatian people
Genuine food of Marina and Dalmatia area, along with famous red wine „Babić“ from the nearby world known Primošten vineyards, will be presented to participants in atmosphere of traditional restaurants, rural households and karst olive groves. By choosing De Luxe arrangement clients will have the opportunity to experience what dalmatian approach to life really used to be in the past centuries. On the other hand, by choosing Economy arrangement clients will get the all of the specific ambience of dalmatian karst landscape, small olive groves and preserved virginity of olive oil production.
The arrangement is organised as three weekend programme during the year determined by specific activities in olive grove.

Comprehensive Program „Olive Oil Academy“
The participants in all three moduls during one year will get the basic knowledge of grooving of olive trees and olive oil production. After finshing the program the attendence are getting diploma „Olive– grower, begginer“ and even more important, the experience of returnig to naturale as well as traditional stress-free living.
