The house is near to the center of the old city but not by the main road, which significantly decreases the noise. The house has been built in a year 2000.

The apartments are air-conditioned, and a safe parking space is provided.
It takes 20 minutes by car to reach most of the city beaches, and 10 minutes walking to the center. Shops, restaurants, rent-a-scooter and green market are very near the apartments.
