How to Pay

Payment in two installments

The reservation of the chosen accommodation unit is done in two parts.
The first part of the whole amount is paid in advance while making the
reservation of the unit, and the second part of the amount the guest pays
on the day of their arrival in our agency or to the owner of the unit.

The amounts of the advance are different depending on the amount of money
the agency has to forward to the owner's account upon the receipt of the first payment.


Reservation payment deadline

In order to confirm the reservation, the guest has to make the reservation payment within
48 hours of the received calculation,and forward the confirmation to the agency
(Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays excluded).
The precise date until which the agency is required to keep the dates applied for under the option
(rent privilege for the guest) is pointed out on every calculation under the heading "due date".
When the guest fills in and sends the reservation application, for the next 48 hours, the chosen dates are withdrawn from the market and the applicant has the reservation privilege.
Thus, no other guest is able to reserve the specified accommodation unit for the specified dates.
If the agency does not receive the payment confirmation within the expected term,
we will consider the guest to have cancelled the reservation they applied for.

2. Credit Card payment (POS system)

For your credit card payment (American Expres/Master/Visa) please provide:
-          Credit card number
-          Expiry date
-          Control number (last three digits on the back of the card or on the signature tape)
-          Amount you want to pay (min 50 % of total payment)
-          Name and the last name of the user of Master/Visa card
-          Address of the user (so I can write down an Invoice)

When we have all this information we can get authorisation from the bank.You can call us in the office, or send a fax with details.


How to book?

You can choose the accommodation unit that will best satisfy your desires and needs in different ways. Using our user-friendly map, you can easily search for your accomodation by macro regions, or you can search by types of interest . You can also contact our sales department at  booking@sea-gate.net  and aks one of our agents to help you find the most apropriate accomodation.

After making the final desicion, you must fill in the reservation form for the unit you want to book. It is necessary that you fill in all the required fields to make the processing of your request possible. When the filled in reservation form is sent, an automatically generated calculation including all the items, respective costs and the amount to be paid for the reservation of the chosen accommodation unit will show up on your screen. At the end of the calculation you will have two options offered, the cancellation of the reservation or its confirmation.

If you decide to confirm the reservation, the filled in form will arrive to our Sales Department. Immediately upon the receipt of the reservation form, ur staff will contact the owner of the chosen accommodation unit to check for the last time whether the accommodation unit status on Internet corresponds with the true state, ie. whether the reservation itself is possible to conclude.

The final calculation will be sent to your email address or via fax upon the approval of the received request. The calculation itself contains all the costs clearly stated, together with the amount you are to pay as a reservation confirmation. The payment will be made according to the payment method and dynamics  published on our pages.

To finally confirm the sent reservation application, it is necessary to make the reservation payment within 48 hours upon the receipt of the final calculation. If the guest does not pay within the given term, the result may be overbooking, which is not the agency's responsibility, but, nevertheless, the agency will offer the guest a replacement accommodation of the same quality.

Immediately upon making the payment the guest is to forward the confirmation to the agency via email payment@sea-gate.net  or fax (++ 385 21 884 888). Having checked the payment, the agency will send the guest all the necessary information about the owner of the reserved unit and its address via email.After recieving confirmation of the reservation (voucher), you are required to print it and have it with you upon arrival. The voucher thus received is also the written proof of the paid accommodation for the summer vacation in Trogir.
